From the entrance you enter the open living room which includes a sitting and dining area and a modern and fully equipped kitchen and access to the porch by 2 double doors.

Adjoining to the hall the master bedroom with a private bathroom and two other bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has access to the porch.

From the living room via a staircase you can enter the ground floor where a guestroom is located composed of a bedroom and a separate bathroom.

The passat wind offers a natural ventilation inside and outside the villa whereas all the bedrooms are accommodated with modern silent airconditioning and ceiling fans. All bedrooms are equipped with excellent box spring beds.

In the corridor of the ground floor a washer/dryer and American fridge/freezer are installed. The ground floor has a separate entrance out and to the pool.
